1. Are your products original?
    All our products are quality replicas identical to the originals.
  2. Do your products have brand labels and their original box?
    All our products are delivered with their labels, bar code and original box.
  3. Why was my order canceled?
    Several reasons can explain the cancellation of your order:
    • Our stock is exhausted
    • We are unable to verify your payment / delivery information or your billing address does not match the credit card registered for this order. If the billing or payment information is inaccurate please contact your credit card issuer or financial institution to verify that your information is correct. Once updated, you can again place an order using the correct billing and delivery information.
    Note: If your order is canceled for any of the above reasons, you will receive an email confirming that the order has been canceled. The total amount of the payment made will be refunded to the payment method used at the start. Refunds can take 3 to 5 business days.
  4. Can I modify or cancel an order?
    Once the order has been placed, you cannot change it, but you can cancel it if you wish.
  5. What payment method does Sneakerslite accept?
    Currently, Sneakerslite accepts payment methods such as: Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
  6. Is delivery free?
    We have two types of delivery (standard and express). Standard delivery is free, express delivery charges may apply.
